Our client in Hadlow, Kent needed a multi-room refrigeration solution that combined food safety, efficiency, and flexibility. We delivered a triple-room build in which two rooms are fully chilled to a precise 2°C - one dedicated to fruit and the other to nuts. Ensuring optimal storage without any risk of cross-contamination.
The third room was designed as a prep space but built with the flexibility to convert to refrigeration whenever required. Each chilled room measures 5m x 5m x 3m, constructed with 100mm PIR (AP1185) panels and finished inside and out with a white food-safe laminate. Sliding doors with a Fermod 2150 track system complete the build, offering smooth, reliable operation.
The project was completed efficiently, meeting our client’s operational needs while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and functionality.
